- Our return and exchange policy is valid for 14 days from the date of delivery.
- Products must be mostly unused — at least 90% of the perfume should remain in the bottle.

- We aim to process all requests within 3–5 working days after receiving your item.
- Delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.
- If you wish to exchange a product, the return delivery charges will be borne by the customer.
- In case of damage or leakage, NISNOVA will cover all delivery charges related to the return or exchange.
- Sale items are not eligible for return or exchange.
