- However, slight variations in color, packaging, or fragrance notes may occur due to lighting, screen settings, or manufacturing batches.
- All products sold under NISNOVA are original fragrances inspired by premium brands, designed and packaged independently.
3. Pricing & Payment
- All prices listed on our website are in Pakistani Rupees (PKR) and are inclusive of applicable taxes (unless stated otherwise).
- NISNOVA reserves the right to modify prices, discounts, and promotional offers at any time.
- Payments can be made through the available methods displayed at checkout (Cash on Delivery, Bank Transfer, Credit/Debit Card, etc.).
4. Orders & Delivery
- Once an order is placed, you will receive a confirmation via email or SMS.
- Orders are typically processed and dispatched within 1–3 working days.
- Delivery times may vary depending on your location.
- NISNOVA is not responsible for delays caused by courier services or unforeseen circumstances.
5. Returns & Exchanges
- You can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
- To qualify, products must be mostly unused with at least 90% content remaining and in original packaging.
- Delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for delivery costs when sending items back for exchange.
- For orders above Rs. 5,000, only exchange is available (refunds are not applicable).
- In cases of damage, leakage, or wrong product, NISNOVA will cover all delivery costs and provide a replacement.
6. Discount & Promotions
- Discounts, coupon codes, and promotional offers (including 30% OFF) are valid for a limited time only.
- Promotional offers cannot be combined unless explicitly stated.
- NISNOVA reserves the right to withdraw or modify promotions at any time.
7. Privacy & Data Protection
- Your privacy is important to us.
- NISNOVA collects and stores only the information necessary to process your order and improve your shopping experience.
