Refund policy
At NISNOVA, your satisfaction is our priority.
If you’re not completely happy with your purchase, you can request a return or exchange within 14 days of receiving your order.
To qualify, items must be mostly unused — with at least 90% of the product remaining and in their original packaging.
All return and exchange requests are handled promptly, usually within 3–5 working days after we receive your item.
Please note:
- Delivery charges from the original order are non-refundable.
- Customers are responsible for delivery costs when sending items back for exchange.
- If your order arrives damaged, leaked, or incorrect, NISNOVA will cover all related delivery charges and ensure a quick replacement.
